Our visitors are often older adults, people with limited vision, and family members reading on a phone in a hospital corridor. We have tried to build accordingly:

• Large default text that respects your browser and phone text-size settings
• Strong colour contrast throughout, tested against WCAG 2.1 AA
• Every function reachable with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline
• Meaningful headings, labels and alternative text for screen readers
• Large tap targets and a phone button always within reach on mobile
• Reduced motion respected if you have that setting turned on
• A full Amharic version of every page
